Our Membership Committee and Board of Directors are highly encouraged to attend "Retention 101" as presented by the National Association of Home Builders. They'll explain how our association can best utilize the four pillars of membership retention: onboarding, structured communication, ambassadorship and participation. Hear first hand about the outcomes between HBAs who focus on retention and those that don’t. Having one of the best membership retention rates (89.5%) among the top 20 largest HBA's is something to be proud of but together, let's forge ahead and do even better!
