* To build on the successes of the past and work within the context of current economic realities, Sioux Falls is embarking upon a strategic planning effort that will analyze vital components of the community’s strengths and chart a course for future growth. Slater Barr, President of the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, will be sharing these visions with the HBASE membership at the January 28 General Membership Meeting. Numerous organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce and city and county governments, are partnering on the program. The analysis of Sioux Falls will consist of three elements: people, prosperity and place.
