Cancelation Policy:
Any registrations received after the registration deadline, walk-ins or no shows that are not canceled 48 hours prior to the event (by Monday, January 18th at 5:00pm) will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the Association for that reservation ($30/person).

As part of this session, we will talk about what customer expectations are and how you can provide Professional, High Quality Service, and Assistance, Before, During and After Requirements are Met.
