Cancellation policy: Any registrations received after the registration deadline, “walk-ins” or “no shows” that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the event (by Wednesday, April 21 at 5:00PM) will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the Association for that reservation.

Re-Scheduled Annual Holiday Party from 2020
Let's raise a glass to last year and enjoy an evening with friends and colleagues while we recognize some of our most honored members. After the social, we'll enjoy a pasta buffet. During the program, we'll induct three members into our Housing Hall of Fame: Candi Menke, Al Schoeneman and Paul Nelsen. We'll also hear the announcement of our Builder, Associate and Volunteer members of the year plus we'll recognize Tom Jarding as the 2021 association President and also hear from our 2020 President, Brad Mair.
Then stick around after the program to visit with friends, congratulate the award winners & Hall of Fame inductees plus enjoy live entertainment by local musician James Allen Peters.
